Auckland-New Zealand: On March 18, 2026, Dr. Kao Thach, the government delegate serving as the Director General of the Rural Development and Agriculture Bank (ARDB), along with colleagues, was invited to meet and discuss work with Mr. Erik Ly, CEO of Ecly Ltd, in Auckland, New Zealand.

2- Export expansion strategy: Both parties discussed in detail plans to continue studying the import of other agricultural products from Cambodia to meet market demand and expand the presence of Cambodian goods more widely in New Zealand.
3- High appreciation and praise for Khmer-Chinese investors: His Excellency Dr. Director General of the Rural Development and Agriculture Bank (ARDB) expressed gratitude and praise to Mr. Erik Ly, who has played a crucial role as an economic bridge in bringing Cambodian products to the international market through warehouse infrastructure and professional food product distribution experience.
