France: Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, was invited to participate in a discussion on three topics: (1) Governance and Science, (2) Infectious Diseases, and (3) Non-communicable Diseases, under the coordination of Ms. Eléonore Caroit, Minister Delegate for European and Foreign Affairs of France.
Additionally, Samdech the Prime Minister also took part in an interactive session on the second topic concerning “Infectious Diseases” for the summit health meeting in the afternoon of Tuesday, April 7, 2026, in the French Republic.
It is recalled that, following the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, led a high-level delegation to undertake a working visit to the French Republic from April 6 to April 9, 2026.
