This unusual activity was filmed and shared on social media, causing criticism and serious concerns about security issues.
On the morning of April 21, 2026, the police searched and brought a person named Heng Ton, a 44-year-old male, living in Prey Tea 2 village, to be questioned at the police headquarters. In this regard, the authorities decided to temporarily confiscate 1 radio and make a contract to stop all activities of photographing motorcycle license plates of citizens because it is an act that affects public sentiment and social order.
