Phnom Penh: Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun left Cambodia on the afternoon of April 23, 2026 after arriving in Cambodia to attend the first meeting of the 2+2 Strategic Dialogue between the Foreign Ministers and Defense Ministers of Cambodia and China in Phnom Penh.
Please note that Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun arrived at Techo International Airport in Kandal Province on the afternoon of April 22, 2026 to attend the first meeting of the “2+2” strategic dialogue between the foreign ministers and defense ministers of Cambodia and China.
