Pursat: Under the shade of peace and high attention to the livelihood of the people, on the morning of April 24, 2026, Mr. Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Provincial Government, presided over the ceremony of distributing a total of 5,296 certificates of ownership of real estate (land titles) to citizens of 4 villages in Phet Rong commune, Talo Sen Chey district.
The ceremony was held at the premises of Wat Udom Praya, also known as Wat Chrap Prai, in Kram Village, Phet Rong Commune, with the participation of relevant departments, local authorities, and a large number of citizens.
