Phnom Penh: Minister of Inspection, Mr. Sok Soken, on April 24, 2026, presided over a meeting with retirees of the Ministry of Inspection, with the participation of leaders, former leaders, retired civil servants and many civil servants at the ministry’s headquarters.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Minister expressed his deep gratitude and remembrance to all former leaders and retired civil servants who have devoted their physical strength, wisdom and spirit to fulfilling their duties with high responsibility, achieving many achievements in the inspection sector in the past.
The Minister added that The inspection sector has been continuously reformed for the better, in line with the strong will and visionary leadership of His Excellency Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
In addition, the Minister also recalled the high merits of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who led the country to build from scratch and put in place a win-win policy to achieve complete peace and development in all sectors.
In closing, the Minister highlighted the high attention of the Royal Government to the welfare of retirees by promoting the social protection system. and successive pension increases to ensure that former civil servants can live a decent and dignified life. He expressed his deep gratitude for the many exemplary actions that former leaders and retired civil servants have taken to protect and serve the country. He also presented letters of appreciation, scarves, and generous financial support to all retirees.
