Takeo: The Takeo Provincial Polytechnic Institute (RPITST) of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training has provided more than 2,000 scholarships, focusing on 10 skills for citizens and youth from poor and vulnerable families, as well as monthly stipends under the Vocational and Technical Education and Training (TVET 1.5M) program.

According to the Regional Polytechnic Institute of Techo Sen, Takeo Province, since 2024, the first quarter of this year, RPITST has provided scholarships to a total of 2,102 students. Among them, 489 are from poor and vulnerable families.
