Kampong Speu: Under the strict and attentive leadership of Brigadier General Meng Srun, Commander of the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police, as well as the coordination of the procedure from the Prosecutor of the Kampong Speu Provincial Court, at 1:05 p.m. on June 5, 2026, the Samrong Tong District Military Police Base Force cooperated with the Samak Monichey District Military Police Base Force to suppress and arrest 1 suspect related to drugs in Trapaing Oul Village, Pnay Commune, Samrong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province.
The suspect is named Pheung Kuoy, a 40-year-old male, currently residing in Trapeang Oul village, Pnei commune, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. The seized evidence includes: 13 packets of white powder suspected of being drugs (weighing 2.97 grams), 1 smoking glass, 1 mobile phone, and 1 iron.
Currently, the above suspects, along with the evidence, have been prepared by the Anti-Drug Bureau in the Crime Suppression and Investigation Department of the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police Headquarters, and a case has been submitted to the Kampong Speu Provincial Court for legal action.
