Phnom Penh: The Cambodian Rice Federation said that in the first six months of 2026, Cambodia exported 630,319 tons of rice, worth 367.10 million US dollars.

Including 179,828 tons of rice to 32 European countries, worth 121.73 million US dollars; 170,483 tons to China, Hong Kong and Macau, worth 99.67 million US dollars; and 228,780 tons to five ASEAN countries. At a value of 98.90 million US dollars and to 24 other countries including Africa, the Middle East, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc., 51,228 tons were exported, at a value of 46.80 million US dollars.

For the types of rice exported, 59.81% were fragrant rice, 22.58% were long grain white rice, 1.82% were parboiled rice, 1.24% were organic rice, 14.35% were broken rice of all kinds, and 0.2% were other rice.

Cambodia also exported 3,76,561 tons of wet rice, at an estimated value of 713.42 million US dollars.
