Phnom Penh: Preah Kosom Polytechnic Institute (PPI) has announced the provision of 1,056 free scholarships in 14 majors and monthly stipends to trainees under the Vocational and Technical Education (TVET) program for 1.5 million youth from poor and vulnerable families (TVET 1.5M).
