Phnom Penh: The National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) has announced a number of scholarships in six majors and monthly stipends for trainees under the government’s TVET 1.5M program.

 
This special educational opportunity has become an important bridge for young people from poor and vulnerable families to obtain quality professional skills without having to worry about tuition fees and also receive monthly stipends that help ease the burden on their families, while young people in general can also attend school for free.

 
According to the announcement of the NIEI, the six skills are those that meet the current job market needs, including beverage business skills, cake production, beauty services, Khmer cooking, bartending, and business creation and entrepreneurship.
