Phnom Penh: Mr. Heng Sour, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, received a courtesy call and working discussions with Mr. Sonexay Vannaxay, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Cambodia, on the afternoon of July 15, 2026, at the Ministry’s office to strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation in the fields of labor, social security, and vocational training, as well as to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two neighboring countries.
