The roads are as follows:
Line 1: O’Suoi-Taprok Road is a construction site for a double-decker asphalt road (DBST) and concrete pavement, 13.85 km long and 6 meters wide, connecting O’Suoi village, Baray commune, to Taprok village, Chhouk Khsach commune, Baray district, with 2,041 direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 8,745 people, and 6,372 indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 29,565 people. The road was built in August 2025, achieving 52.47% progress.
Line 2: Toul Sala-Yay Tieng Road is a double-decker asphalt road (DBST) and concrete road construction site with a total length of 5.07 km and a width of 6 meters, connecting Toul Sala village, Chong Dong commune, to Yay Tieng village, Ballang commune, Baray district, with 1,324 direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 5,395 people, and 7,903 indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 34,429 people. The road began construction in August 2025, achieving 52% progress.
These three roads are part of the Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Support for Farmers’ Markets and Agricultural Commercialization (SAAMBAT) project, using cooperative financing from the Royal Government of Cambodia, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the European Investment Bank, and the Asian Investment Fund of the European Union.
Line 4: Toul Damnak-Kur Road is a construction site for a double-decker asphalt road (DBST) and concrete pavement with a total length of 5.457 kilometers and a width of 5 meters, connecting Toul Damnak village to Kur village, Chong Dong commune, Baray district, with 1,209 direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 4,948 people, and 1,926 indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 9,052 people. This road is under construction with a progress of 84.21%.
