The inspection work focused on administrative organization, force management, professional work, public service provision to citizens, maintaining security, public order, social safety, and strengthening relations between the police and citizens.
The deputy chief of the office said that most administrative police stations have implemented their work in accordance with plans and instructions, with attention to local visits, subject management, crime prevention, and solving local challenges.
At the same time, there are still some shortcomings that need to be improved, such as the preparation of administrative documents, updating data, statistical management, implementation of regulations, organization of office premises, and strengthening discipline, ethics, and accountability of officials.
The working group also provided some important recommendations, including continuing to strengthen administrative management, organizing permanent staff, and improving the quality of public services. Regular contact with citizens, prevention and suppression of all types of crimes, implementation of the “Safe Villages, Communes, and Sangkats” policy, and effective use of information systems.
