These laws and regulations include the Criminal Code, the Law on Anti-Corruption, the Law on the Co-Statute of Civil Servants, and the Law on Education.
The Ministry continued that in order to effectively implement these laws and regulations, the Royal Government has issued a number of guidelines aimed at making the examination safe and orderly. On the other hand, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports has issued various regulations and guidelines related to the Secondary School Certificate Examination, and these regulations set certain disciplinary limits for the performance of duties at examination centers, revision centers, computerized scoring centers, score verification centers, and for the process of announcing results.
The Ministry added that in accordance with the above spirit and in order for the work of the National Examination Assistants to be carried out effectively, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports has defined the roles and responsibilities and disciplinary limits of the National Examination Assistants in the writing process.
Please note that the National Examination Assistants have the role of acting as a staff to the Head of the National Examination Committee of the examination center in supervising and observing the examination process of the center.
