Therefore, Cambodia continues to call for the immediate, full and effective implementation of the Joint Declaration of 27 December 2025, in particular the immediate resumption of the work of the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) on the measurement and demarcation of the border, and the immediate return of displaced persons to their homes and livelihoods, without hindrance, in safety and dignity, as soon as possible.
