At a meeting on technical guidance to the heads of schools, centers, and committees for the Secondary School Certificate Examination on the morning of August 8, 2026, Mr. Hang Chuon Naron praised and highly valued the joint efforts of education staff and anti-corruption units at all levels and all relevant parties who have actively collaborated to promote examination reforms over the past 12 years to achieve many proud achievements.

He said that these major achievements include: eliminating negative culture in examinations, promoting the honor of education officials and the professionalism of teachers, changing students’ behavior to pay attention to studying hard and passing exams with real ability, which is an important foundation for human resource development in Cambodia.

Once again, the Deputy Prime Minister reminded the students of some important points related to the exam, including: maintaining strict discipline at the exam centers, especially regarding the use of mobile phones, with the Ministry taking legal action against any leaks of exam topics, ensuring safety in work and travel, and respecting time, never being late, strictly managing technology, continuing good cooperation between each other and helping each other achieve common goals effectively, and organizing the centers in an orderly manner , must ensure that the examination has common standards, is transparent, fair, and honest, responding to the genuine learning efforts of students and the support of parents, guardians, the community, and the Royal Government.
