The team checked that the company did not discharge its wastewater directly into the sea, but the company improperly stored its waste, with acacia wood that had been ground into fine wood chips piled up on the company’s land and not covered, causing rainwater to seep into public water sources (natural streams) during heavy rains.
The team has taken measures to prevent the company from continuing to release black water into public water sources.
