Phnom Penh: Mr. Khuon Phon Rattanak, Cambodian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, and his colleagues were invited to attend the Khmer New Year celebration, which was jointly organized by the Khmer Kumi Temple Association, the Cambodian Embassy in the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and the ESEA team, with the participation of the authorities of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, the Republic of Korea, and approximately 1,200 Cambodian community members.
The program is organized according to traditional Khmer culture, with religious ceremonies, counting bowls, chanting prayers, pouring sand on the mountain, and organizing a ceremony to pay tribute to the heroes of the Cambodian army who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield to protect peace and national sovereignty in the past.
