Pursat: On the morning of April 22, 2026, in a situation where the weather is getting hotter, Mr. Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Province, personally inspected and led the intervention force to use water trucks (fire trucks) to irrigate and save ornamental trees along the roadside along National Road No. 5 from Pursat City to the Kampong Chhnang Province border to maintain the beauty and freshness to ensure the beauty and green environment along the road.
This activity is designed to respond to the dry season conditions, with extremely hot and dry weather, which can cause ornamental trees along roadsides to wither or die if they lack adequate maintenance and water supply.
On that occasion, Mr. Khoy Rida also called on citizens living on both sides of the road to help take care of and water the trees in front of their homes more to jointly make Pursat province a province with a clean environment and attractive in all seasons.
