Phnom Penh: Mr. Keo Ratanak, Minister of Mines and Energy, announced via Facebook that the gold mining investment project on the border of Kampong Thom and Kratie provinces has begun.
According to Mr. Keo Ratanak, Over the past five years, more than $200 million in gold mining revenue has been paid to the state.
He said that this latest project will provide jobs for 375 Cambodians.
