Pursat: On the afternoon of April 24, 2026, a working meeting was held to discuss “Management and Development of Irrigation Systems in Cities and Districts in Pursat Province” under the chairmanship of Dr. Ty Norin, Permanent Secretary of State, High Representative Mr. Keo Rattanak, Minister of Mines and Energy and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group to Assist Pursat Province, and Mr. Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Provincial Government.
The meeting was held at the Koh Sampov Meas Assembly Hall (1st floor), Pursat Provincial Hall, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the Deputy Governor of the Province, the Director of the Provincial Hall Administration, departments and specialized organizations, city and district authorities, representatives of CHMC and the Wuhan Water Resources Institute.
