Siem Reap: The National Employment and Labor Agency (NEA) of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training will organize a Job, Social Security and Vocational Training Forum in Siem Reap to provide more than 90,000 job opportunities, including social security benefits (SSB) and free technical and vocational training courses to job seekers, especially former workers returning from Thailand, on May 22 and 23, 2026.

Mr. Sun Mesa, spokesperson for the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, said that the job forum will be held on May 22 at the premises of Wat Aranya Kiri Moni Sokhom, also known as Wat Svay Leu, Svay Leu Commune, Svay Leu District, and on May 23 at the premises of Banteay Srei Primary School, Khnar Sanday Commune, Banteay Srei District, Siem Reap Province.

He said that this job forum will have many enterprises, companies and factories participating in interviews and recruiting employees on site. In addition, all participants will receive information about diverse job opportunities, technical training courses and benefits of the National Social Security Fund. In addition, participants will receive free food, drinks, and transportation to the forum.

At the same time, Mr. Sun Mesa called on former workers from Thailand and local residents who wish to find work to contact 1297 to get local job opportunities with similar wages, more social benefits, and safety. and participate in the development of its national economy.
