Kampong Speu: On the morning of June 11, 2026, Mr. Huot Sined, Secretary of State, High Representative of Mr. Heng Sour, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, was invited to give a lecture on the topic of “Role, Duties and Achievements of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training” to the leaders, military professors, staff and trainees of the Command and General Staff Institute, in response to the request of the General Headquarters of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
After listening to the welcome report of Major General Ned Nath, Deputy Director of the Command and General Staff Institute, the Secretary of State briefed the ceremony on the history of the establishment of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, its roles, responsibilities, and restructuring to improve work efficiency in line with the mission of the ministry.
The Secretary of State also highlighted the achievements of nearly three years of implementing the Strategic Plan for the Development of the Employment, Social Security and Vocational Training Sector 2024-2026 and the introduction of intervention measures to assist Cambodians returning from Thailand and refugees.
