Phnom Penh: The National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) is ready to participate in the 9th National Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Day 2026 by bringing a variety of skills training programs and practical works to showcase to promote skills learning opportunities that meet labor market needs and create personal careers.

Mr. Khun Bunthat, Director of Industrial Relations and International Cooperation at the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI), said the institute has made detailed plans for participating in the event, including preparing exhibition stands, organizing working groups, promoting to students and the public, and preparing materials and equipment for showcasing skills.

He said: “For TVET Day 2026, NIEI will showcase key skills and products, including mobile beauty salons, cake production, beverage business, and pumpkin noodle processing, which are all skills in high demand in the current job market and can generate income quickly.”
Mr. Khun Bunthat stated that the most special feature of the NIEI booth this year is the demonstration of a mobile beauty salon training program that can train people in capitals and provinces to expand opportunities to obtain professional skills for people everywhere.

He added that the works and products exhibited this year clearly reflect the ability of the trainees to apply practical skills that can serve the tourism, food processing and service sectors. These skills will not only help trainees get jobs, but also enable them to run their own businesses and increase their family income.
In addition, NIEI will also promote short-term training programs and mobile training that focus on providing effective skills in line with the actual needs of the labor market and entrepreneurship development in Cambodia.
Please note that the 9th National Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Day 2026 will be held at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center, Phnom Penh from 8 am to 8 pm under the theme “TVET Provides Skills, Jobs and Income” with the invitation of His Excellency Samdech Maha Bovorathi Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
