Phnom Penh: On the morning of June 17, 2026, at the Ministry’s office, Mr. Huot Sined, Secretary of State and Head of the Working Group for Updating the Structure and Enriching Officials of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, together with Mr. Sok Sangvar, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Service and Head of the Enrichment Working Group of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, were invited to co-chair a meeting to prepare for updating the structure and enriching the official staff of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, with the participation of ministry leaders, unit leaders, experts, and the technical working group of the Ministry of Public Service.
After listening to the report on the update of structural and officer data and the presentation of the census plan at the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, the meeting discussed the challenges in updating structural and officer data, which the working groups of the two ministries will continue to work to resolve as soon as possible in order to determine the time and location of the actual structural update and census of officers in the structures of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
Please note that in the key measures to reform public administration for the 7th term of the National Assembly, updating the structure and promoting actual officials in organizations is a priority task that all ministries and institutions must participate in implementing to strengthen the management of civil servants and contribute to improving the capacity, efficiency and achievement in public administration.
