Sihanoukville: Five types of technical works by students were exhibited on the occasion of the 9th National Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Day 2026 at the Cambodia-China Friendship Polytechnic Institute (PCCFPI) in Sihanoukville to showcase the school’s practical skills and technical knowledge.

The five types of works on display include Vehicle Lighting System, Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Construction Tower Crane Lifting Capacity, Motor and Electric Drive Control, and Installation Lighting in Building.

Mr. Nget Sopheak is the head of the Institute’s Communications, Research, and Development Office. PCCFPI said: “The exhibited works reflect the students’ ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practice and solve technical problems encountered in daily work.”

Meanwhile, he stated that to celebrate the 9th TVET Day 2026 The institute organized several activities, including decorating the institute premises with banners and slogans promoting TVET, setting up stands to display student work and products from private companies, and holding gatherings attended by representatives of partner companies, factories, enterprises, authorities, related departments, and students, totaling approximately 300 people.

Mr. Nget Sopheak added that the institute will continue to encourage and support students in creating new works to expand their professional skills and respond to the growing needs of the job market.
