Phnom Penh: Mr. Hem Vandy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, received Mr. Obaid Saeed Obaid Bintaresh Aldhaheri, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Cambodia (Residence in Bangkok) on July 7, 2026, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation on developing scientific human resources and national quality infrastructure.
