DOHA: Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) have condemned Iran’s attack on a Qatari oil tanker near the Strait of Hormuz, with Qatar summoning Iran’s deputy ambassador to Doha over the incident.
