Phnom Penh: The Cambodian Institute for Vocational Development has announced a total of 2,560 free scholarships in 15 majors and monthly stipends for trainees under the Vocational and Technical Education (TVET) program for 1.5 million youth from poor and vulnerable families (TVET 1.5M).
