This training course aims to share and promote new techniques in pepper tree care, post-harvest health monitoring of pepper trees, and understanding the control of diseases and pests that may occur on pepper crops. In addition, pepper exporting companies such as Olam Cambodia, Sela Pepper, Kase Eco, Khmer Organic Cooperatives and FUCHs participated to learn more about the cultivation and output of farmers in Mondulkiri and Ratanakiri provinces and to introduce the companies and pepper orders of each company.
