He said that in order to achieve priority policies and programs and respond to the huge labor market needs in Cambodia, both in quantity and quality, as well as the rapid development of the 4.0 industrial revolution, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, through the General Department of Technical and Vocational Training, the Technical and Vocational Training Institutions under all ministries, together with other ministries and institutions of the Royal Government, and all relevant partners, have made every effort to continuously modernize the technical and vocational education system in depth and in all aspects.
