Standing in the international context that is changing and complex, including global economic uncertainty, geopolitical tensions, energy crises, and changes in the world order, these factors require us to be always ready. Therefore, strengthening and expanding cooperation between ASEAN and ASEAN Plus Three member countries is indispensable.
In this context, the Deputy Prime Minister also shared the progress of public administration reform in Cambodia, showing the high attention of the Royal Government in striving to strengthen competitiveness at both the regional and global levels.
