Pursat: On the afternoon of April 21, 2026, Mr. Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Provincial Government, and Mr. Mak Ra, Chairman of the Provincial Council, led a delegation from the provincial administration to lay wreaths and pay respects to the deceased Upasika Lao, the biological mother of Mr. Chan Sinat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, who passed away at the age of 90 due to illness.
The memorial service was held at the deceased’s home in Borey Chip Mong, Aeon 3, 60 Meter Street, Sangkat Chak Angre Leu, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
