Phnom Penh: The Military Attachés of Cambodia (MACPP) visited several provinces in the Cambodian-Thailand border area during the implementation of the ceasefire between the two countries.

Through a press release by Lt. Gen. Mali Socheata, spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense of Cambodia, said, “On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6:00 a.m., the Ministry of National Defense of Cambodia coordinated a visit by the Military Attachés of the Kingdom of Cambodia (MACPP) to several provinces along the Cambodian-Thai border during the implementation of the ceasefire between the two countries.”

The same source continued that as a law-abiding and highly responsible state, Cambodia adheres to the peaceful resolution of disputes in accordance with international law and the fundamental principles of the United Nations Charter and the ASEAN Charter, firmly opposing the threat or use of force, aiming to achieve a just, impartial and lasting solution, which is the foundation for the people of both countries to live together in peace, stability and development.
