Pursat: On the afternoon of April 30, 2026, Mr. Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Province, led the relevant working group to personally inspect the progress of the riverbank development work (at the head of the old stone bridge, opposite the Tela gas station to the iron bridge) in Lalaks Sangkat, Pursat City.
Mr. Koy Rida said that we must reorganize the riverbank into a garden with flowers of all colors and lights for the following purposes: 1. To improve the beauty of the city. 2. For parents to walk, exercise, and sit and relax.
The provincial governor expressed his satisfaction with the progress achieved and thanked the relevant authorities and all citizens who participated in the implementation of this important development project.
The provincial governor also called on other citizens Those who live on riverbanks in the provincial town should gradually remove them themselves to prepare the provincial development plan for everyone.
The provincial governor also asked authorities at all levels to lead the movement of citizens to participate in organizing the beautification, public order, and environmental sanitation of streets, public places, and workplaces. And at home, to make Pursat province clean, free of garbage and fresh, as a strategy to attract tourists.
