Phnom Penh: K-Worldbridge Logistics Company, DRSB Express Co., Ltd. and Cambodia Post signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Shangri-La Hotel in Phnom Penh, a major step in the development of e-commerce and transport infrastructure in Cambodia.

The signing ceremony took place on the morning of May 01, 2026, with the participation of Oknha Sea Riththy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of WorldBridge Group, Mr. Kim Sambath CEO and Founder of DRSB Express; Mr. Dickson Pang, Chief Commercial Officer of K-Worldbridge Logistics; and Mr. Than Samvisoth, Director General of Cambodia Post.

The memorandum establishes principles for a trilateral strategic cooperation, integrating the complementary capabilities of the three entities. Among them, DRSB Express offers a leading cross-border e-commerce platform with over 840,000 registered users and a fully integrated logistics chain connecting Chinese suppliers with Cambodian consumers. K-Worldbridge Logistics offers a nationwide logistics and cash on delivery (COD) network, controlled warehouses and special economic zones, as well as strong connections in Cambodia’s e-commerce, banking and retail sectors.

Cambodia Post offers an unparalleled nationwide network of official branches, covering all provinces, districts and rural communities throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia, including areas not yet served by commercial transport services. .
In this collaboration, the three parties aim to build an integrated logistics network that provides full nationwide coverage for DRSB’s orders. Among them, K-Worldbridge Logistics will be responsible for urban transport (B2B/B2C) and cash on delivery (COD) operations, while Cambodia Post will expand its coverage to door-to-door, rural and provincial delivery services that exceed the capacity of conventional commercial networks.
The joint transfer framework will ensure that no order is left behind, as if one party is unable to provide services at a location or need, that party will transfer the order to another party among the two that has the appropriate capacity to fulfill the service.
The cooperation demonstrates the joint commitment of the three parties to expand access to cross-border e-commerce services for consumers in Cambodia and to build a transport logistics ecosystem that supports the growth of both domestic and international trade. The agreement is in line with the country’s ongoing priorities to improve transport infrastructure, promote digital trade and strengthen regional connectivity.
On the occasion, Oknha Sear Rithy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of WorldBridge Group, said that the collaboration brings together three entities with different but important roles in the transport sector in Cambodia.
“By combining DRSB’s platform and customer base, K-Worldbridge’s delivery network and cash-on-delivery services, and Cambodia Post’s nationwide presence, we are creating something that no single entity can achieve alone: a truly national e-transport network that can reach customers everywhere,” the Oknha said.
Under the memorandum, the three parties committed to launching a pilot program in the next quarter. To fully expand this integrated transport network.
