Phnom Penh: The National Technical Training Institute (NTTI) of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training has provided more than 2,000 scholarships to workers and youth from poor and vulnerable families, as well as monthly stipends under the TVET 1.5M program.

According to NTTI, from 2024 to the first quarter of 2026, the institution provided scholarships to a total of 2,355 students. Among them, a total of 61 young people from poor and vulnerable families have registered to study computer graphic design, home air conditioning service, and electric motor control system installation.

In addition, the institute has a total of 9 includes home air conditioning services, computer graphic design, computer services, electrical installation in buildings, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment, bricklaying, printing, plumbing and motor installation in buildings.
