Kampong Thom: The Governor of Stoung District encourages students to study hard and do their best, not to let their livelihoods become a problem that could affect their studies and future destiny. Mr. Say Kim Lom encouraged this on the occasion when he and his colleagues were invited to participate in the Solidarity Flower Festival and moral education for students of Hun Sen Rungrung High School in Rungrung Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province on the morning of May 13, 2026.
Speaking at this special ceremony, he further encouraged all students to have a long-term and clear vision, especially to be very well prepared before entering colleges and specialized vocational schools, with high confidence, and to be smart and flexible in all circumstances in accordance with the government’s policies.
Taking advantage of that opportunity, he further called on local people, especially students and youth, to continue to boycott all Siamese goods, to prevent their presence and circulation in the Cambodian market, and to promote local products for the sake of the livelihood of local people and the economy of our country.
Finally, Mr. Say Kim Lom is optimistic that after educating all students of Hun Sen Rungrung High School on this moral and ethical principle, local youth will prepare to develop themselves as students and role models, leave all their shame behind, and strive to study and learn more, especially to strictly obey traffic laws for their own safety and that of others on public roads, and stay away from drugs and gangs that can harm and ruin their future.
Please note that on that occasion, the Governor of Stoung District and his colleagues participated in the solidarity donation of 4,700,000 riels and 100 US dollars.
