Phnom Penh: The Royal Government has issued instructions on the reappointment of civil servants and the reorganization of officials into the new structure of the Council of Ministers, ministries, the Secretariat of State and institutions under the executive branch.
According to the recently released Royal Government instructions, the issuance of these instructions is to strengthen the capacity of ministries and institutions to perform their functions and duties more effectively in response to the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1 of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.
At the same time, it is also to ensure the reappointment of civil servants and the reorganization of officials into the new structure of the Council of Ministers, ministries, the Secretariat of State and institutions under the executive branch in accordance with the approach of “putting things in order” and “strengthening rather than expanding” and maintaining benefits for civil servants.
