Phnom Penh: On May 23, 2026, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of Cambodia, issued a royal decree appointing Mr. Thong Savun, Governor of Mondulkiri Province, as Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior.
Please note that Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State, issued a royal decree appointing Mr. Kong Kimny, Deputy Governor of Kratie Province, as Governor of Mondulkiri Province, replacing Mr. Thong Savun, who was appointed as Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior.
