Phnom Penh: The Phnom Penh Municipal Administration said that in order to evolve with the digital age and achieve faster public service delivery, saving citizens’ travel costs and time in applying in person at the Phnom Penh Municipal Hall, the Phnom Penh Municipal Administration will officially implement the online application and administrative service delivery system in 9 sectors.
For the 9 sectors that can be requested:
1. Legalization work (certification of photocopies of documents)
2. Administrative work
3. Tourism
4. Public works and transportation
5. Culture and fine arts
6. Industry, science, technology and innovation
7. Mining and energy
8. Land management, urban planning, construction and cadastre
9. Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
The Phnom Penh Municipal Administration has confirmed that requesting and paying administrative fees online has the same administrative service fee as requesting and paying the service fee in cash directly at the Phnom Penh Municipal Hall, with no additional fees on the payment service.
In addition to providing administrative services online, all citizens can still continue to contact and request services directly at the Phnom Penh Single Entry Unit, which is located in the Phnom Penh Municipal Hall complex at 69 Preah Monivong Boulevard, Sra Chak Sangkat, Daun Penh Khan, Phnom Penh, as before.
