Phnom Penh: Electricite du Cambodge would like to inform all companies/enterprises (including individual enterprises) that are properly registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia that: Electricite du Cambodge will publicly tender for the supply of 6 units of 115kV IVT and 24kV Oil-Type Differential Discharge Coil Series and Ring Current Transformer (Package No. 13) for use in electrical substations to the substation units of the Department of Electricity Transmission (Plan 2026) (Priority 1).
Electricite du Cambodge has prepared documents for companies/enterprises to fill out to participate in the tender and are available for sale at the Electricite du Cambodge Procurement Unit, located at Building No. 2, Preah Yukanthora Street, Wat Phnom Sangkat, Daun Penh Khan, from May 26, 2026 onwards during business hours (Contact number: 092 65 23 57 and Website: www.edc.com.kh).
The closing date for receipt of bids is 14:00 on 09 June 2026.
The bid opening will take place at the procurement unit at the above address at 15:05 on 09 June 2026.
Companies/enterprises participating in submitting bid documents are requested to attach the bid documents that have been correctly copied according to the original law and attached with a Soft Copy which is a scanned file of this bidding document.
Companies/enterprises that are affiliated with each other or have the same source can submit only one bid. Companies/enterprises that wish to participate in the bidding are invited to contact the procurement unit to purchase bidding documents and inquire about information related to this bidding.
