Phnom Penh: Electricite du Cambodge would like to inform all companies/enterprises (including individual enterprises) that have been properly registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia that: Electricite du Cambodge will launch a public tender to select a supplier to supply, install and configure IP Phone for 26 Sites (GS5, GS7, GS8, GS9, GS10, GS11, GS12, GS13, GS15, GS19, GS21, GS22, GS26, GS27, GS29, GS33, GS39, GS42, GS53, GS66, GS72, GS73, GS79, GS95, KEP, CEP) to the SCADA and Telecommunications Unit of the Electricity Transmission Department (Package No. 01) (2026 Plan).
Electricite du Cambodge has prepared the documents For companies/enterprises to fill out to participate in the bidding. Bidding documents are available for sale at the Procurement Unit of Electricite du Cambodge, located at Building 2, Preah Yukanthor Street, Wat Phnom, Daun Penh District, from May 28, 2026 onwards during business hours (Telephone number: 092 652 357 and Website: www.edc.com.kh).
Completed bidding documents must be submitted to the Procurement Unit no later than June 30, 2026 at 14:00.
The opening of bids will take place at the Procurement Unit at the above address at 15:00 on June 30, 2025.
Companies/enterprises submitting bid documents are requested to attach additional documents to the bidding documents. Which is a true copy of the original and is accompanied by a Soft Copy, which is a scanned file of this bidding document.
Companies/enterprises that are affiliated with each other or have the same source can submit only one bid. Companies/enterprises wishing to participate in the bidding are invited to contact the procurement unit to purchase bidding documents and inquire about information related to this bidding.
