Phnom Penh: Electricite du Cambodge would like to inform all companies/enterprises (including individual enterprises) that are properly registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia that: Electricite du Cambodge will launch a public tender to supply 30 24kV Switchgear Panel, 24kV Circuit Breaker and Accessories (XD) (Package No. 06) for use at Phnom Penh Thmey (GS70) and Teuk Phos (GS68) substations to the substation units of the Department of Electricity Transmission (Plan 2026) (Priority 1).
Electricite du Cambodge has prepared documents for companies/enterprises to fill out to participate in the tender and will be available for sale at the Electricite du Cambodge Procurement Unit located at: Building No. 2, Preah Yukanthor Street, Wat Phnom Sangkat, Daun Penh District, from May 28, 2026 onwards during business hours (Contact number: 092 65 23 57 and Website: www.edc.com.kh).
The closing date for receipt of bids is 14:00 on June 30, 2026.
The bid opening will take place at the Procurement Unit at the above address at 15:10 on June 30, 2026.
Companies/enterprises participating in submitting bid documents are requested to attach a duly certified copy of the original bid documents and a soft copy of the scanned copy of the bid documents.
Companies/enterprises that are affiliated with each other or have the same source may submit only one bid. Companies/enterprises wishing to participate in the bidding are invited to contact the procurement unit to purchase bidding documents and inquire about information related to this bidding.
