
Tboung Khmum: Samdech Thibhotei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and Mr. Wang Wenbin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia, on the morning of May 27, 2026, presided over the inauguration ceremony of the rubber processing factory of Kim’s Rubber Company (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is located in Choam Mlor Village, Rokap Pham Commune, Tbong Khmum District, Tbong Khmum Province.

Kims Rubber Company was established and legally registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2024 with the aim of promoting and contributing to the development of the agro-industrial sector through the production and processing of rubber and crumb rubber at international levels and according to European Union standards for export abroad and to supply rubber to factories in the country for the production of tires and other materials.

In September 2025, Kim’s Rubber Company also received a certificate of registration of a qualified investment project from the Council for the Development of Cambodia. At the same time, Kim’s Rubber Company is a foreign-invested company and a subsidiary of the parent company, Guanda Industrial Co.,Ltd. A company with experience and investments in agro-industry worldwide, involved in the production, processing and trading of rubber, sunflower seed oil, cashew nuts, cocoa, cassava and soybeans.

Mainland Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. A subsidiary of the same parent company (Guanda Industrial Co., Ltd.) of Kims Rubber Company, it is the fourth largest natural rubber manufacturer in the world and has invested approximately US$30 million on an area of nearly 15 hectares with a capacity to produce 100,000 tons of rubber per year. Providing direct employment to approximately 300 people and indirectly (rubber miners) to over 50,000.
