Phnom Penh: Acting Head of State of Cambodia, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, praised the provincial governor and military chief of Kampong Thom province for their good work related to veterans and retirees in Kampong Thom province.
On the occasion of a meeting with provincial, city, district, commune, and sangkat councils and leaders of departments and organizations around Kampong Thom province on the morning of June 3, 2026, Samdech Techo praised and highly valued all civil servants in Kampong Thom province who have worked hard to provide public services to the people in the past.
Samdech Techo said that in particular, Mr. Nuon Pharath, Governor of Kampong Thom Provincial Government, the provincial military chief, has truly considered and paid attention to the welfare of veterans and retirees.
Samdech Techo said that retirees and veterans are all people who have contributed to the country. Therefore, they should not be left behind.
