Phnom Penh: Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of Cambodia, has been looking forward to working closely with the Chairman of the Federation Council (Senate) of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
In a congratulatory letter to Ms. Valentina Matvienko, Samdech Techo expressed great joy, noting that the long-standing relationship between the two countries, built on the basis of solidarity, mutual trust, understanding and win-win cooperation, continues to grow and has brought great tangible benefits to both peoples.
Samdech Techo said that he is very confident in the joint commitment to promote bilateral relations between the two countries in all areas of cooperation that are full of potential for the best interests of both countries.
Samdech Techo stressed that he looks forward to working closely with Her Excellency to further deepen parliamentary cooperation between the two countries for lasting peace and sustainable development.
