Phnom Penh: The Phnom Penh Municipal Police have identified 11 suspects in the AVATR van crash on the afternoon of April 21, 2026.
According to Lieutenant General Chuon Narin, the other suspects cannot escape with their lives, as authorities are preparing to request arrest warrants from the prosecutor and the court.
