Sihanoukville: Oknha Tea Vichet, Chairman of the Local Party Committee of the Sihanoukville Water Transport Agency, on May 1, 2026, sent two women from Koh Rong to Sihanoukville for emergency treatment at the hospital after they were involved in a traffic accident and fell off their motorbike.
The two women were safely transported by Oknha’s team to the Sihanoukville Tourist Port by Uber and will be transported by Oknha’s GTVC ambulance to the hospital in Sihanoukville.
